We had lots of ham this Easter, so I was in a mood for something far from Easter fare. In this case, a red sauce and pasta. I based my recipe on Kay’s Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce from AllRecipes.com. I used my heavy cast iron dutch oven to prepare the sauce and opted to use medium shells as my pasta.
